StrucSure offers a 1, 2, and 10 year, multi-part warranty to cover new Starlight homeowners if you ever have an issue. The one-year warranty backs the builder’s warranty on potential defects in workmanship and materials. The two-year warranty backs the builder’s warranty on defects in the wiring, piping, and ductwork in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating, and mechanical systems. Homebuyers are covered from the day of closing for major structural defects under the 10-year warranty.

Once you’ve moved into your new Starlight home, StrucSure will guide you through any questions or warranty issues via the StrucSure Home Warranty’s First Call Warranty Service Program. As part of the First Call Warranty Service Program, you will be assigned a dedicated representative that will act as a liaison between yourself, Starlight Homes, and trade contractors. Your representative will serve as your primary point of contact should you need assistance with anything warranty-related, from explaining your warranty benefits to coordinating repairs with Starlight Homes and monitoring the repair process. They are here to ensure your questions and warranty items are addressed and your experience is a positive one.
